Goodbye?
Hello!
So today's post is a little different from what I usually do, even considering all the random posts I've done. March 9 will mark my blogging anniversary, and normally when people will reach that they would put up an exciting posts or do a giveaway or something. I originally started this blog as Beauty with The Hunger Games. A book with many discussions about THG originally made me want to begin this blog, entitled "The Girl Who Was on Fire". Then when I created my book blog in October, I changed it to Flawless Fashion and Beauteous Beauty. My book blog is going really well and I really enjoy writing on there. However, on this blog, I find that I don't know what I want to write about or when I do a post, most of the time I write it because I don't want to disappoint my followers in thinking I abandoned them. Fortunately, and like I previously mentioned, my book blog is going very well and I love posting on there so I will continue posting there. So the deal is, is that in exactly a month, March 9th it will be my anniversary of blogging. Today's date, February 9th, is exactly a month (if you don't count February's shorter month) away. Therefore, I'm going to continue regular posting (every 3-4 days most of the time) until then. If I re-grew (lol) my love for blogging then I probably will continue. On the other hand, if I don't, then I will still post, but it will not be as frequent. So is this goodbye? Definitely not. I met some great blogger friends on here (Maura, Grace, & Becca) and will miss you all so much as well as my followers! I will still blog regularly on my book blog, even past March 9th. I hate to be such a downer and horrible, but I truly will miss this blog! Again, I will still post on here after March 9th, but it could be once a month, or I may start back up again for a month or something. I really appreciate everyone who clicked on this blog and/or read a post, left a comment, followed, etc. And I honestly mean that! My blogging life would be completely different without each and every single one of you! If you want to hear more from me, you can read from me at my book blog A Passion with Paperbacks or check out my contact page and follow me on some social media. Make sure to request anything or leave questions (if you want me to do a Q&A post) because I will definitely do them! Thank you all so so much. -Kait

January Favorites (Top Ten)
Hey everyone!
January favorites are probably one of my favorite favorites to share because I have all the new things that I got to try out from Christmas. Therefore, I decided to narrow it down to my top ten.
January favorites are probably one of my favorite favorites to share because I have all the new things that I got to try out from Christmas. Therefore, I decided to narrow it down to my top ten.
1. My Rebecca Minkoff Mini M.A.C: I have been loving this purse and really recommend it! It's so cute and comfortable to wear!
2. True Blue Spa Body/Hand Lotion: This stuff is amazing. The body lotion compared to B&BW lotion is equivalent to their body butters. They are so rich and moisturizing and not greasy. They smell great too!
3. Fresh Sugar Lip Scrub: One reason why I love this product is because not only is it exfoliating, but at the same time it produces moisture. It also taste pretty good!
4. Soap and Glory Cleansing Toilette: I got these at Sephora for $10, and considering I love S&G, I decided to pick them up. They cleanse, tone, and do a tiny bit of exfoliation. (Sephora has them online too, under skincare.) They work really well and make my skin feel refreshed!
5. Too Faced Naked Eye Palette: I really like this product. There are a bunch of beautiful pigmented eye shadows that you can wear so easily and well. My favorite is Satin Sheets, which is similar to UD Sin, but it has more of a gold shimmer.
6. LUSH Snow Fairy Body Wash: I recently posted a review on this product, so if you saw that then you know I love it! It smells so good, like candy, and leaves you feeling clean!
7. B&BW Shea Infused Fuzzy Socks: I can not tell you how much I wore these this month. In fact, I'm wearing them now! Some of my fuzzy socks I have to put on lotion before I put them on since they lost most of their fuzziness, but these I don't have to worry about it because they are already Shea-Infused!
8. PINK Yoga Pants: I got these for Christmas and loved them. I wasn't expecting to love them a lot, just love, but they're so comfy! I really recommend them!
9. Fresh Sugar Berry Lip Treatment: You should all know by now how much I love my Sugar Rose. For Christmas, in a set, I got the berry one. When you look at it for the first time it's scary. It's a deep, deep brown burgundy berry. However, it is tinted so when you wear it it looks more of like a light berry pink!
10. My iPhone: I upgraded my phone from an Android (LG Ally, which I loved) to an iPhone 4S and love it. I'm sure you're familiar with it, so all I can say is I love it!

Review: Lush's Snow Fairy Shower Gel
Hey everyone!
One of the things I received for Christmas was the Snow Fairy Shower Gel from Lush. Unfortunately, it's only out during the Holiday season and is currently unavailable. However, I love this shower gel! First of all, it's a bubblegum pink color with some sparkles in it. All of my sparkles are on the bottom, and no matter how many days I keep it upside down, on it's side, or whatever, the sparkles don't seem to budge. It's not a big problem though, probably the only one. The other thing I love about this shower gel is the smell. At first I thought it was a very overpowering sweet scent, but when you use it in the shower, it's really a gentle candy-type scent. It smells so good and the scent lingers. I don't only have this shower gel (I actually have 5, 4 of which are actually in my shower! Half of those were gifts, okay? ;) so I alternate, yet I found that I have been grabbing towards this one most of the month. It leaves you feeling clean and fresh, and it also lathers up really nicely too! Overall, I really recommend this product. For my first Lush product, I definitely want more. Not to mention my brother got one (a different kind, obviously haha) but he loves his too! Talk to you all soon! -Kait

Review: Rebecca Minkoff Mini M.A.C
Hey everyone!
Today I have an exciting post to share with you all! As some of you know, for Christmas I received a Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAC. I was, and still am, very excited, and after using it, I wanted to share my thoughts on it. The purse that I got was in Soft Gray with silver hardware. The color is so pretty and is really versatile. The purse also came with an adorable dust bag that matched the interior of the purse, which is royal blue with black polka dots. And just to let you know-I love polka dots. When I opened this, everything was carefully packaged and nothing was damaged. I can't really say on shipping since it was a Christmas present, but I did ask for it straight off of the online store. (By the way, they have a mint green one which is so pretty!) Moreover, I love wearing this bag because it is so comfortable. since it's chain, but then turns into leather where you would put it on your shoulder. Even though it's small, it can fit many things. Another thing I really liked was the option to change the shoulder straps. You can wear it long and as a crossbody, medium for over the shoulder (which is the way I have mine), or no straps at all and use it as a clutch! So far, I really, really love this bag and recommend it. -Kait

First Impressions: Too Faced Naked Eye Palette
Hey everyone!
On Sunday, I went to the mall to use some gift cards. I didn't get enough to do a haul, but I may do a collective haul soon. :) Anyways, one of the things I got was the Too Faced Naked Eye Palette at Sephora. I thought it would be cool to do post like this, so here I am! I swatched the nine eye shadows and took pictures of them too. The quality isn't great, I just took it from my iPhone, and when they get bigger, they tend to get more blurry.
To the left is the "Day" look, then the "Classic", and the the "Fashion".
I really enjoy the pigmentation. They're all definitely really great eye shadows and they're also soft! They don't produce too much fallout. My favorite has to be Satin Sheets (in the center of the palette and picture for Classic). It's a light shimmery pink, but it has golden shimmer which I find so pretty! So far, I really love this palette. There's a lot of versatility that comes with the palette with close-range eye shadows. Overall, I love it and can't wait to use it more! Thanks for reading! -Kait

First of all, I think the packaging is so pretty! You can't really see in the second picture, but there is a slot which holds three cards on how to do the three separate looks: Day, Classic, and Fashion which I swatched all in order down below!
